It has been brought to our attention that our patients with United Health Care Insurance (UHC) received a letter dated May 22, 2017 stating that Dr. Hudgens is no longer participating as of November 1, 2016.
PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE.
Dr. Hudgens IS currently active with United Healthcare and there has been no lapse in her participation with them. We are working diligently to resolve the issue that triggered this letter, but please know that there will be NO interruption in care or treatment and NO change in our participation status.
